The Happy Place in Laguna Beach, in partnership with HeARTS Giving Hope Foundation, proudly sponsor the Happy HeARTS Art Workshops series for kids. The beauty of these workshops is that they require no artistic ability, but rather are designed to help children connect to their own inner genius to create art which is inspired from their hearts, expressing themselves beyond the limitations of words. And above all, it is about having FUN! The first workshop we are offering will be led by the incredible Valerie Rogers! Valerie is an accomplished artist, with a published book of some of her work and the intuitive process she uses to guide her. Her workshop is about painting the 'UNKNOWN' through a process designed to help AWAKEN our INTUITION and DISCOVER the beauty and knowledge of the Universal Mind. Find your own 'genius' and take charge of your life. Ages: 12-16 years Fee: $25.00 The fee of $25.00 will be waived for any “cancer warrior” children, who will be scholarshiped for these workshops. 10% of the money received from the paid fees will be donated to The Happy Place Foundation, to support cancer warriors.
